Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from Honolulu, Hawai‘i. During launches, live sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Custom orders take longer and you can check the listing for the processing time.
We carefully hand-select each pearl for its beauty, luster, and unique character. Because pearls are natural treasures from the ocean, slight variations in shape, color, and texture are part of what makes every piece one of a kind. A small amount of our designs use enhanced or synthetic pearls and this is specified in the product listings.
To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or dry place when not being worn.
