  • Returns & Exchanges: Misha Hawaii only offers exchanges or store credit. If you purchased a sale item, used a coupon code or have a custom order it is all sales final. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Misha Hawaii. Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).  Exchanges are subject to a $40 restocking fee.

  • Pearl Strands - 5 Day Return Policy All Pearl Strands must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Strand must in original condition and packaging, must not be worn. Website credit will be issued.

  • IG LIVE Sale orders - all sales final.
    All items purchased through IG live are final sale.
    We do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.

  • ALL Bangles  - all sales final.
    Each bangle is made to order and therefore one of a kind! They can not be exchanged or returned.

  • Custom orders/made to order items - all sales final.
    Custom orders include ALL Pearl Bangles. This also include all custom made Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, Earrings or any other custom made design. Made to order designs are one of a kind! They can not be exchanged or returned.

  • Purchases made with coupon codes -  all sales final. 
    We will not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations on items purchased with a coupon code.

  • Sale merchandise - all sales final. 
    This includes items purchased during a sale, with a coupon code or featured on a live sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

  • Fukubukuro bags and Summer Surprise Boxes - all sales final.
  • Please make sure to include a note stating reason for return/exchange. Also include your name/phone number/order # is included in the package. Thank you for understanding, please contact us at info@mishahi.com BEFORE shipping back any orders.

  • Credit and Exchanges
    -Credit/Exchanges will be processed within approximately 1-2 weeks
    -Credit cannot be used in combination of other promotions, live show orders, or custom orders.
    -Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    -Credit for replacement items: credit must be used to purchase the same style item. Credit cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
  • The Goddess Box Subscription refund

    It is only possible to get a refund on your subscription if you decide to claim your "Right of withdrawal". You can claim your right of withdrawal when you subscribe to one of our plans but the right of withdrawal can only be applied to the subscription as a whole, therefore you will not be able to claim your right of withdrawal on a box from times to times during your subscription. You have 14 business days after you receive the 1st box to claim your right of withdrawal, request a refund and a cancellation of your subscription. After this delay, you will no longer be able to claim your right of withdrawal (and therefore a refund). For example, if you subscribed to a plan on September 2nd and received your first box on September 9th, you will have 14 business days from this date to claim your right of withdrawal and return to us your first box to request a refund and the cancellation of your subscription.

    ⚠️ It will not be possible for you to return a box you don't want to keep once your right of withdrawal and the 14 business days expired. 
    If we take the same example, y
    ou will not be able to return your July box received on July 10th by claiming your right of withdrawal as your right of withdrawal expired at the end of May (if you started you subscription in May). Therefore, your return will not be accepted, our teams will send you back your box and your subscription will keep on going.

    Here is the procedure to claim your right of withdrawal on a plan subscribed recently and for which you received your first box within 14 business days : 

    1. You can claim your right of withdrawal within 14 business days after the delivery of your first Box. You will then be able to ask for a refund. Past this delay, you will no longer be able to claim your right of withdrawal. 
    2. The Box that you will send back must be unworn and in its original condition, otherwise, Misha Hawaii will not be able to guarantee its full refund. 
    3. You will have to insert in the returned package with the Box, a note with your name, the email address used to start the subscription, the products you are returning and the reason for return. Careful, without this note, our teams will not be able to identify the package and therefore process your return. 
    4. You will then have to contact our customer service by emailing info@mishahi.com to enquire about the exact address where the package should be returned. Misha Hawaii will not be responsible for the delivery of the package to a wrong address if you do not contact us. 
    5. When you claim your right of withdrawal, return shipping fees are at your expense. We strongly advise that you select a tracking number for your return package as Misha Hawaii will not be responsible if the package is mis delivered or lost during transit. 

    Previous Boxes refund

    It is only possible to get a refund on your subscription if you decide to claim your "Right of withdrawal". You have 14 business days after you receive your order to claim your right of withdrawal to request a refund. After this delay, you will no longer be able to claim your right of withdrawal.

    Here is the procedure to claim your right of withdrawal on a previous box received in the last 14 business days : 

    1. You can claim your right of withdrawal within 14 business days after you receive your order. You will then be able to ask for a refund. Past this delay, you will no longer be able to claim your right of withdrawal.
    2. The Previous Box that you will send back must be complete and in its original condition, otherwise, Misha Hawaii will not be able to guarantee its full refund. 
    3. You will have to insert in the returned package with the Box, a note with your name, the email address used to place the order, the products you are returning and the reason for return and if you want an exchange, a voucher or a refund. Careful, without this note, our teams will not be able to identify the package and therefore process your return.
    4. You will then have to contact our customer service at info@mishahi.com to enquire about the exact address where the package should be returned. Misha Hawaii will not be responsible for the delivery of the package to a wrong address if you do not contact us.
    5. When you claim your right of withdrawal, return shipping fees are at your expense. We strongly advise that you select a tracking number for your return package as Misha Hawaii will not be responsible if the package is mis delivered or lost during transit. 

     

    Defective product, wrong product received or incomplete order

    If you receive an order containing a defective product, the wrong product or if one of the products you received is missing, please contact out customer service at info@mishahi.com urgently with the order number associated and a picture of the item (if you received a defective product or the wrong product) or a picture of the whole package you received, including the cardboard box (if one of the products you received is missing).

    Our customer service will do its best to address your issue in a timely manner : 

    • Defective product : our customer service will be able to offer :
      • to send you a new product in its original condition if the item is still in stock (if it is not, they will offer you a voucher of the amount of the jewelry piece)
      • to provide a voucher of the amount of the jewelry valid for one year from the date of creation of the voucher
      • our customer service will not be able to offer a refund if you received a defective item, you will have to pick one of the options above. If you want a refund on a defective product, you will have to claim you right of withdrawal (see the 3 sections above)
    • Wrong product : our customer service will provide you with a prepaid label so you can send back the wrong item received and will then be able to offer when they have received the jewelry :
      • to send you the right product if the item is still in stock (if it is not, they will offer you a voucher of the amount of the jewelry piece, a jewelry of the same amount or a refund)
      • to provide a voucher of the amount of the jewelry valid for one year from the date of creation of the voucher
      • our customer service will only be able to offer a refund if the product you initially ordered is out of stock. If it is still in stock, it will not be able to request a refund on this piece.
    • Incomplete order : our customer service will be able to offer  :
      • to send you the missing product if the item is still in stock (if it is not, they will offer you a voucher of the amount of the jewelry piece, a jewelry of the same amount or a refund)
      • to provide a voucher of the amount of the jewelry valid for one year from the date of creation of the voucher
      • our customer service will only be able to offer a refund if the product you initially ordered is out of stock. If it is still in stock, it will not be able to request a refund on this piece

    Exceptions - products that cannot be returned

    • Jewelry pieces that have been worn will not be a-eligible for return and/or refund.
    • Jewelry pieces received during your subscription when your right of withdrawal has expired will not be eligible for return and therefore for refund

     

    Refund delay

    Once your return has been delivered to the address given by our customer service, it takes between 5 and 8 days to our return teams to process your package. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted per email by our customer service in order to ask for more details or to confirm the refund of your product. 
    Once you have receive the refund confirmation, it takes between 5 and 10 business days to receive the money back on your account. It is not technically possible to refund a payment method that is different from the one used to place the order.
