Pearl Strands - 5 Day Return Policy 

All Pearl Strands must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Strand must in original condition and packaging, must not be worn.

IG LIVE Sale orders - all sales final.
All items purchased through IG live are final sale. 
We do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.

Custom orders/made to order items - all sales final.

Custom orders include ALL Pearl Bangles. Each bangle is made to order and therefore one of a kind! They can not be exchanged or returned.

Sale merchandise - all sales final.

Fukubukuro bags - all sales final.

We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

Misha Hawaii does not accept returns and only offers exchanges or store credit for non-customized items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Misha Hawaii. Contact us ( right away with any concerns, because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your piece! Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). All custom orders are final sale. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale.

  • Credit/Exchanges will be processed within approximately 1-2 weeks.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Re-Plating Service Available

For select items. All of our Vermeil items are available for 14kt Yellow Gold or 14kt Rose Gold re-plating for a $15 fee. You are responsible for the cost of  shipping back to Misha Hawaii.
