Are your pearls authentic?
All the pearls we sell on mishahi.com are natural and authentic. Because all of our pearls are natural, they will have natural variations in shape, color and surface. If a pearl has enhanced color/had enhancement treatment, it means that it is a natural pearl which has been enhanced. In that case, we will title that pearl as “enhanced.”
Can I exchange my bangle for another size?
Pearl Bangles - Each bangle is custom made, therefore can not be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange my ring for another size?
We can exchange your ring for a different size for a $10 restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping costs back to us. We advise keeping any of the stacking rings to gift and reorder the right size, as the fees to exchange sometimes equal the cost of the ring. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your exchange before you ship it back.
Can I change the length of my necklace?
Certain styles can be adjusted for a fee. Please email email@example.com with a photo of your necklace and request to see if it's possible to adjust.
My Sandalwood jewelry piece got wet and faded! How can you help me?
We are happy to replace your sandalwood beads on your bracelet for a $20 re-stringing fee, and a $50 re-stringing fee for necklaces. This includes replacing the sandalwood and re-stringing your jewelry pieces.
Can I pick out my Pearl?
For online orders we will select your pearl. All of our Pearls are natural, and therefore will have natural variations in shape, color and surface. I lost one of my earrings!
Unfortunately, we cannot remake the just the mate to your earring. If you send us your earring to recycle, you will receive a 25% discount on a replacement pair. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to send back your earring.
My item arrived damaged, help!
If your item arrive damaged please let us ASAP and we are happy to assist. Item must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery for repair or exchange.
What is Gold Filled?
Gold fill is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry. It is a pressure bonded layer of gold that much more durable than plated and does not tarnish. The pressure bonded gold is 5% of the metal. These characteristics make it a beautiful, durable, and economical alternative to solid gold, that will last years if cared for properly.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry and clean place. Clean with mildly sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a non-scratching cloth. You can polish silver pieces with a jewelry polishing cloth. Take extra care around perspiration, saltwater, chlorine, perfume and lotions, as they can tarnish jewelry faster. Remove jewelry before showering.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, depending on what’s happened to your piece, we may be able to offer a repair to our jewelry. Email email@example.com with a photo of your piece and we will let you know if it is possible to fix. Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to repairs.

When a Sale or Discount Code excludes certain items what does that include?
