Shipping
Yes — we proudly offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days from Honolulu, Hawai‘i. During launches, live sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Custom orders take longer and you can reach out to us to confirm your ship date.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times We offer FREE USPS shipping within the U.S. Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays (weather, high volume, traffic, etc.). Orders may be split if items are ready to ship on different dates.

Additional Shipping Details
- Processing Times: Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Custom orders vary.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard and expedited shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. APO/FPO deliveries may take up to 21 business days depending on location.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- International Orders: Orders outside the U.S. may incur additional duties, taxes, or tariffs. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.
Yes! We offer UPS and DHL. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at time of checkout. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. Duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns, Exchanges, Repairs
Misha Hawaii only offers exchanges or store credit. If you purchased a sale item, used a coupon code or have a custom order it is all sales final. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Misha Hawaii. Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). Exchanges may be subject to a $40 restocking fee.
Pearl Bangles - Each bangle is custom made, therefore can not be returned or exchanged.
We can exchange your ring for a different size for a $40 restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping costs back to us. We advise keeping any of the stacking rings to gift and reorder the right size, as the fees to exchange sometimes equal the cost of the ring. Please email info@mishahi.com to arrange your exchange before you ship it back.
Certain styles can be adjusted for a fee. Please email info@mishahi.com with a photo of your necklace and request to see if it's possible to adjust.
Unfortunately, we cannot remake the mate to your earring. If you send us your earring to recycle, you will receive a 25% discount on a replacement pair only if that style is in stock. This excludes fine jewelry and does not apply to discontinued styles. Email info@mishahi.com to send back your earring.
If your item arrives damaged please let us know ASAP and we are happy to assist. Email a photo to info@mishahi.com and we will respond with instructions. Item must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery for repair or exchange.
Pearls & Jewelry Care
We use genuine pearls that are carefully hand-selected for their beauty, luster, and unique character. Because pearls are natural treasures from the ocean, slight variations in shape, size, and color are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. A small amount of our styles use enhanced or synthetic pearls which are specified in the product listings.
We work with a variety of beautiful pearls from around the world including Tahitian pearls, freshwater pearls, Edison pearls, Akoya pearls, South Sea pearls, and keshi pearls.
When you order a bangle. Please measure your size following the instructions here. We want your bangle to fit your perfectly!

Every pearl is naturally unique. Variations in shape, color, texture, and luster are normal and part of the beauty of natural pearl jewelry.
To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or dry place when not being worn.
Yes, pearls are timeless everyday treasures. With proper care, your jewelry can be worn and loved for many years.
