 Free USPS First Class Shipping on U.S. Orders

At this time order processing is taking 7-14 business days, this does not include ship time.  Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. When selecting FREE SHIPPING US orders, your order will ship USPS First Class Mail. 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

At this time order processing is taking 7-14 business days, this does not include ship time. USPS Priority Mail Shipping is available for purchase. You will receive your order anywhere from 3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. 

Local Pick Up

*Due to government laws regarding COVID-19, we are not offering local pick up at this time.*

Lost Packages

Misha Hawaii cannot accept responsibility for stolen or lost packages with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact info@mishahi.com to replace your order.

Redirecting Orders

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

International Shipping 

At this time we are not accepting International Orders. 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Misha Hawaii.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
