White Pikake Huggie

Our white pikake huggie earrings are handcrafted in our Honolulu studio and feature two hand-carved mother of pearl pikake flowers — one for each ear. The pikake is the Hawaiian word for jasmine, named by Princess Ka'iulani for the peacocks she loved, and to this day it's worn at weddings, anniversaries, and milestone moments across the islands as the flower of romance and love.
Carved by hand from luminous mother of pearl, each tiny flower glows softly against the metal of the huggie hoop. The huggies themselves are 12mm — sized to hug the lobe closely with a secure click closure that stays put all day. Available in 14kt gold vermeil, 14kt rose gold over sterling silver, or solid sterling silver.
